On a regular basis, I go through font websites (like Dafont, Font Squirrel, & Creative Market) and download beautiful fonts to use in designing invitations, branding, and anything else. There are so many options, both free and paid, that make designing so much easier. That is why, I thought I would share my knowledge and do my font picks, and use them in a font pairing as well.

Bellamy was a free download on Creative Market months ago (if you don’t check Creative Market’s free downloads each week, you should start now!). Now, it is a paid font, but if you do not have the ability to do custom calligraphy, it is a beautiful script font option! I do custom calligraphy for almost all of my designs now, but having great script fonts on hand is essential for quick designing!
Bellamy is a beautiful modern font, with so many options and alternative characters to make your script look more realistic!
I usually bounce between serif and sans serif fonts in my designing, depending on the script and the style of the design. Cammron is a gorgeous, FREE font that makes for the perfect all-caps serif font. It is one of my go tos for classic invitation design, as it goes with many script styles and looks really elegant.
One of the most versatile free fonts in my large collection of downloaded fonts, Geosans Light is the sans serif font I use most often in design. Not only does it print extremely well and is very readable, it goes with everything. I often use a large kerning to make the font work better, but it really is the most versatile fonts I use. It also comes with an italics version too!
Finally, using two of the fonts above, Bellamy & Cammron, I created this FREE print/wallpaper download and a font pairing in one! Let me know what you would use these fonts for in the comments 🙂
