Semi-Custom Suites
Before placing an order with MJ Creative Co., please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions and make sure that you understand them. MJ Creative Co. reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on the website, it is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you visit the website. All orders placed with MJ Creative Co. will be subject to these Terms and Conditions. MJ Creative Co. reserves the right to cancel an order at any stage.
Payment
For Semi-Custom Invitations, 50% of the final bill is due before design changes begin. The remaining 50% is due before printing begins. Once final proofs have been sent, your payment and digital signature will be due before printing will begin.
Proofs
We cannot accept returns or process refunds due to errors on approved proofs, regardless of where the error originated. While we take great care to call attention to any errors we may see during the proofing process, final proofing is ultimately the responsibility of the client. Once approved, your stationery will print exactly as shown in the final proofs. If designs are approved with proof errors, MJ Creative Co. takes no responsibility and will not be liable for any resulting cost.
Please be aware that all monitors and screens display color differently and may not accurately represent how your order will print. We are unable to accept returns because your printed stationery does not match the colors you see on your screen. Especially in the case of Letterpress printing, due to its handmade nature, variations may occur.
Two rounds of revisions are included for each item in your purchase. If you are still unhappy with your proofs after these edits, we will offer more revisions at an additional cost.
Cancellations
Cancellations will be accepted for a full refund at any point before you give your final approval. After final proofs are approved, your stationery will be sent to print, and we will not be able to cancel or refund your purchase.
Returns
MJ Creative Co. does not accept returns on any order, due to the custom nature of each piece. Custom printed items are created on a per order basis and cannot be resold.
Shipping
MJ Creative Co. cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your order once it has been shipped.
Copyright
All stationery artwork, designs, and content remain the copyright of MJ Creative Co. They may not be reproduced in any form without prior written permission from MJ Creative Co. Any improper or illegal use of the stationery, artwork, designs or any other intellectual property rights will be pursued.
It is the clients’ responsibility to get permission to reproduce any copyrighted material, which are to be featured in the stationery. You shall indemnify MJ Creative Co. on written demand in respect of any third party claims that material provided by you infringes that third party’s copyright.
MJ Creative Co. reserves the right to use any stationery created for you to promote products and services. If you do not want your personal information to appear in promotional material, you must provide us with a written request at the time of ordering.
